Online Land Registration

In principle, all land in the districts should be registered in the records of the local government. Owners of the land can register their land online and to so do, the owner should follow the below procedure.

How to register your land

1. Login or register an account as an applicant.
2. From your dashboard select new land registration. Fill out the application form and submit it. The technical officers at the district will review the application.
3. After approval, an invoice will be generated and a notification for payment shall be sent via SMS or email. Open the invoice from your dashboard and select Pay Now.
4. Upon successful payment, the application will proceed to the Director of Trade for approval/revert.
5. Download and print your land registration certificate.
