How to apply for Tax on Transfer of Land

They include:

• Login or Register an account as an applicant
• From your dashboard select new Tax on Transfer of Land. Fill out the application form and Submit it. The technical officers at the Local government will review the application.
• After approval, an invoice will be generated and a notification for payment shall be sent via SMS or email. Open the invoice from your dashboard and select Pay Now.
• Upon successful payment, the application will proceed to the Director of Tax for approval/revert.
• Download and print your receipt.
