Complain handling mechanism

District administrations are keen to hear from their citizens and service users in case of complaints. They can present their complaints either in person or online. Should you want to submit only, kindly follow the below steps, we will endeavor to resolve your complaints as soon as possible.

Steps and Procedures

  • 1. Login or register an account as an applicant.
  • 2. From your dashboard select register a new complaint. Fill out the application form and submit it. The technical officers at the district will review the application.
  • 3. After submission, the technical officers will handle your case in conjunction with the concerned district officials and personnel.
  • 4. Keep an eye on your dashboard to track the status of your complaint.
  • 5. Should you not receive a status update of your complaint, please feel free to reach out the call center for them to deal as a matter of urgency.
